Welcome! We can’t wait to meet you and acquaint you with our office.
By the time you finish your first visit, you’ll have met Dr. Randolph and many of our team members, and you’ll understand how your orthodontic treatment would work.
It speeds things up if you complete your New Patient Forms before your first visit, and you’ll be receiving those via email after you make your appointment. If you haven’t had a chance to fill them out beforehand, you can do so when you arrive.
After a quick tour of the office, you will meet with Dr. Randolph and our treatment coordinator. Dr. Randolph will examine your teeth and bite, explain her initial findings and answer any questions. If treatment is recommended, she will describe your treatment options, along with the estimated costs and treatment times.
Diagnostic Records
To develop your customized treatment plan, we will pull together your diagnostic records, including photographs, a 3D x-ray, and an oral scan that is used to generate digital models of the teeth. This scan replaces the need for yucky impressions.
Most of our patients complete their diagnostic records during their first visit, but records can also be scheduled for a later date.
